“How do I sign up to vote this weekend?”
| - You must be verified to vote before you can receive a ballot
- To get verified, submit the Special Nominating Meeting Participant Form on the Maine Democrats website before your County Meeting start time
- If your County Meeting is onsite, you can also sign up for verification in person at check-in
- You’ll receive confirmation that you’re pre-verified

| “How long do I have to vote? | - Ballots must be submitted during your County Meeting’s scheduled time

“What do I need to submit my ballot?”
| - Ballots are provided via the link in your Email and SMS from ElectionBuddy
- You must have access to either the Email or Phone you provided on your Participant Form
- You must have access to a computer or mobile device with an internet connection to fill out and submit your ballot

“What should I do if I can’t find my ballot link?”
| - Confirm your County Meeting has started, you will not receive the Email and SMS from ElectionBuddy before that time
- After your County Meeting has started:

“What do I do if my ballot won’t load?”
| - Refresh the page
- Close the page and open your link again
- Check your internet connection
- Switch from Wi-Fi to cellular data if available

“What should I do if I don’t have a device or internet connection?”
| - If your County Meeting has an onsite location, you can request assistance in person
- If your County Meeting is virtual or you cannot make it to your County’s onsite location for assistance, Submit an ElectionBuddy Support Ticket

“How can I find information about the Delegate candidates?”
| - You can use the Delegate Candidates Guide on the Maine Democrats website to learn more about who is on your ballot and why they’re running
|
| “How are Delegate candidates listed on my ballot?” | - Delegate Candidate names will be listed alphabetically by LAST NAME
|
| “How many delegate candidates may I vote for?” | - The number of delegate candidates you can vote for varies by County
- Your ballot will say how many Delegate Candidates you may vote for at the top and bottom of the Candidate Selection screen
- You must select at least one candidate to submit your ballot
- You cannot submit your ballot if you have too many candidates currently selected
- Before pressing Continue you can see the total number of candidates you have selected

| “What are the steps to fill out and submit my ballot?” | - Find the Email or SMS from ElectionBuddy with the link to your ballot
- Select the link to access your ballot
- Select ALL Delegate Candidates you are voting for and press Continue
- Review candidate selections carefully
If you wish to change your candidate selections on the review page, select the Edit button at the bottom left of the candidate list - Press Submit and wait for the Confirmation page to load
Your ballot can’t be changed once submitted - Once your ballot has been submitted an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox
